★ This property is located in the mountains. 4WD may be needed during snowy / icy conditions, but is not necessary during normal conditions.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
★ Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

★ This home is in a neighborhood that is still growing! That means there is ongoing construction. You may notice some daytime noise, dust on outdoor surfaces, or construction vehicles in the area. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to control the work schedule, but we always do our best to keep the property clean, comfortable, and ready for your stay. If anything becomes disruptive, just let us know — we’re happy to help however we can.

★ For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kcups, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. In the bathrooms, there will be a starter shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

★ Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

★ Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

★ No RV or Trailer parking.

★ Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
