A Few Friendly House Rules

We want you (and every future guest) to have the best time ever at our cabin — so here are just a few things to keep in mind:
• Fire fun, not fire danger — Please be careful when using the fire pit, and never leave it burning unattended.
• Wildlife is wild — You might see deer, turkeys, or even a bear. Super cool, but please don’t feed or approach them.
• Leave it like you found it — If you use something, just put it back before you head out. Easy peasy.
• No smoking inside — We mean it! There’s a $250 fee if you do. Smoke as much as you want outside

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
