🚗 STEEP DRIVEWAY NOTICE AND PARKING
This home has steep driveway. Use caution when navigating. The upper level will fit 2 cars, while the slope will fit another car. Please do not block the drive at the end of the driveway. No RV or Trailer parking.

🐾 PETS
• Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in an additional $500 fee plus any related cleaning or damage charges.

🚭 SMOKING
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors

🧻 STARTER SUPPLIES
• Limited starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and K-cups provided. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Age and Renter Agreement
Primary renter must be 25 to book and must sign renter agreement to complete booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
