🚗 Steep Driveway and Parking
The cabin sits on a steep mountain driveway. Please drive slowly and use caution when turning and parking, especially near the top. Parking for 2-3 standard vehicles.

⚠️ Stairs & Accessibility
The home’s entrance is on the second level and requires using outdoor stone steps. These steps are natural and may be uneven or vary in height. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility or accessibility concerns.

📝 Rental Agreement Required
A signed rental agreement is required after booking to confirm your reservation.

🐻 Wildlife Notice (Bears in Area)
This is a wooded mountain property, and bears are occasionally seen in the area. Please do not approach or feed wildlife.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana/cannabis, is not permitted indoors.

🧻 Supplies
We provide a starter set of essentials including coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic soaps to help you settle in. For longer stays or heavier usage, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

🔞 Minimum Age
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
