Tiki Revenue Intelligence — Privacy Policy
Scope and operator
Tiki Holdings LLC operates Tiki Revenue Intelligence, a private internal reporting integration. This policy describes information handled by that integration. It does not replace policies governing vacation rental bookings, guest stays, or third-party services. For privacy questions or requests, contact corporate@tikiretreats.com.
Information the App handles
After an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the App retrieves company information and preferences, account and location lists, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and general ledger data. Records can include transaction identifiers, dates, amounts, account names, location names, document numbers, names of transaction parties, and memo text appearing in the source reports.
The App also handles connection credentials and authorization tokens, synchronization timestamps, validation results, and troubleshooting information. Workflow execution records can contain copies of retrieved data and error responses. The integration uses Intuit's authorization process; users should not send their QuickBooks password or app secrets to our support email.
Why we use information
We use this information to prepare internal financial reports, analyze business and property performance, check report completeness and consistency, maintain the connection, and investigate synchronization problems. QuickBooks remains the accounting system of record. This workflow does not modify QuickBooks accounting records or initiate payments.
Access and service providers
Information is available to persons authorized by Tiki Holdings LLC for the App's internal reporting and administration. We use Intuit QuickBooks Online as the source, n8n Cloud to run the integration and manage its connection, and Airtable to store and organize reporting copies. Those providers process information in providing their services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
We do not sell App data or use it for third-party advertising. App reporting data is not intended for public access. Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. The public website hosting this policy is separate from the private reporting integration.
Retention and deletion
We retain reporting copies while the integration is in use. We delete the App's reporting copies from our active systems within 30 days of an authorized deletion request or permanent shutdown of the integration. This includes troubleshooting copies in active systems under our control. Provider-managed backups and retained history follow the applicable provider retention schedules and may persist beyond that period. Requests should be sent to corporate@tikiretreats.com, and we may verify the requester's authority before taking action on company records.
Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future authorized collection but does not automatically delete previously collected information. Contact us to request deletion. Deleting App copies does not delete original QuickBooks records or change QuickBooks' own retention practices.
Security and requests
We use platform credential storage and access controls to protect the integration and limit access to authorized users. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact corporate@tikiretreats.com to report suspected unauthorized access, request information about App data, or request correction or deletion. Corrections to accounting source records should be made through the authorized QuickBooks accounting process.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the integration changes. We will notify authorized users of material changes before they take effect. For questions about this policy, contact corporate@tikiretreats.com.
