Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the cabin and 3 acres of land — everything but the basement is yours to enjoy. Check in 24/7 with easy self check-in with our digital smart lock.

A few things to note:

📝 Age and Renter Agreement
Primary renter must be 18 to book and sign renter agreement to complete booking.

🐾 Pets
One (1) dog allowed. $39 pet fee per stay, just let us know during booking.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking or vaping are not permitted indoors.

🧻 Starter Supplies
We provide a limited starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and K-cups to get your started! Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
