A few things to note:
 
💳 Security Deposit
A temporary security-deposit authorization of $1000 is required. This is not an additional charge. The hold will be placed on the card used for the reservation 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure, provided no amount is retained under the rental agreement.
 
📝 Age and Renter Agreement
Primary renter must be 25 to book and must sign renter agreement within 24 hours to complete booking.
 
🐾 Pets
Two (2) dogs allowed. $100 pet fee per stay, just let us know during booking. 
 
🚧 Construction
This cabin is located in a newer development area. You may notice daytime construction activity as the neighborhood continues to grow. 
 
🚭 No Smoking 
Smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana/cannabis, is not permitted indoors.
 
🧻 Starter Supplies
We provide a starter set of essentials including coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic soaps to help you settle in. For longer stays or heavier usage, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
